Prints

I recently took part in a fashion design competition/ workshop with the fashion charity FAD. Here are some of the prints i made to go on my garment as gathered roses. The print was inspired by textures and patterns i found when researching ceramics in the V&A- in particular a vase that looked like tree bark. I made them using heat transfer paints and some scrunched up pieces of net- I originally wanted to digitally print this but the hand done version has grown on me.. i like the inconsistency and randomness of the print.
